The Community Cancer Center provides support to cancer patients and their caregivers through programs and services offered on-site at the Cancer Center. Services are in support of the survivor's quality of life and include physical, psycho-social and nutritional services.
Provides a wide range of hospital services including respiratory therapists, birth center, senior programs, psychiatric care, counseling, health screening, and physical therapy.
Provides counseling for persons dealing with the death/loss of a loved one.
Provides emotional support and information for the spouse that is well and who is caring for a spouse with an illness or chronic condition.
Interviews and examines abused children for sexual and physical abuse. Provides psychological assessment and treatment for children, Teaches children about the difference between good and bad touches.
Offers a variety of treatment options for individuals suffering from chemical dependency and its effects.
Program supports the continuing progress of our clients with our Aftercare Program. Aftercare groups meet once a week and are facilitated by a staff counselor. Designed to help individuals who have completed treatment but are having a difficult time staying away from substances.
The Patient Advocate helps children and families navigate through the system, assisting the child and family to receive appropriate services.
Helps manage the emotional aspects of disease/disability, physical illness, physical injury/loss of abilities, chronic pain.
Provides skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and bath aide services in your home.
Care for the terminally ill and their families.
Allows individual served to directly contact trained Lifeline staff 24 hours a day from around their home or yard by simply pressing a button.
Provides walkers, canes, wheel chairs, respiratory therapy equipment, mastectomy camisole and prosthetic fitting services, etc.
Provides a health information service who will offer answers, advice and care to all your health needs.
Provides Individual, Marital (Including Family, Children, Adolescents and Adult) Counseling.
Offers a bereavement camp for children ages 7-16, a Grief Resource Library, and other Grief Support Groups. Also offers support groups for grieving parents like Adult Bereavement, Beyond Baby Blues, Empty Arms, Homicide Survivors, and Parents With Empty Arms.
When appropriate, individual counseling is available. This may occur prior to, during or after substance abuse treatment.
Provides substance abuse counseling for those in need.
Provides free informational materials as well as one-to-one assistance with questions and problems related to Medicare benefits, Medicare supplement insurance, Medicare and insurance claims and other related issues.
Provides a comprehensive evaluation to determine the extent of any substance abuse problem.
Intensive outpatient therapy includes group therapy, individual counseling, family awareness groups, spirituality groups, recreational therapy, and nutritional counseling. Also provides extended outpatient treatment.
Brief sessions are available at no cost for those looking for information or referrals regarding chemical dependency.
Offers occupational, physical and speech therapy to children who have a wide variety of special needs. Also works with children that have no formal medical diagnosis.
Free parenting program for children ages 18 months - 5 years of age who are struggling with behavioral issues, such as aggression, tantrums, separation anxiety, non-compliance, difficulty in school/daycare, etc.
Helps children who display serious behavioral and emotional difficulties at home, school or in the community. Children are taught social skills, anger management and coping skills. The family component of the program also teaches families to deal effectively with their children’s behaviors.
