Provides assistance on a temporary basis for a limited time for basic needs that may include rent/lot rent; interest on mortgage, utilities-gas, electric, water; food vouchers for clients who are unable to work. Cannot be on Subsidized Housing, a student, receive Social Security, or a Veteran.
Formerly Central Point of Coordination. Provides funding for mental health treatment and services for adults with mental illness and developmental delay; provides case management for people with intellectual disabilities or developmental disabilities.
Responsible for county policies, county budget, county tax levy, approve bonds, economic development for the county.Official Board meetings are held every Monday at 8:30 am in the Supervisors Office, located on the second floor of the Courthouse. Meetings are open to the public.
