Funded through your insurance, including Medicaid, HawkI and most private insurances. Sliding fee scale, made possible through area United Way, is also available.

ACT Day Treatment

Individualizes treatment programming for each youth (11-17) and family based on their specific treatment needs.
School Program

Provides specialized, short term intervention to help referred students control their behaviors while they continue to receive academic instruction. The goal of the program is to help students learn to manage their behaviors and make healthy decisions so that they can successfully return to the classroom.
In-Home Brief Intensive Services

Agency: Young House Family Services

Offers in-home counseling and skill development to families with children ages 6-17 who reside in the Quad-County Area in southeast Iowa. The child can have no involvement with DHS or JCS. Services last up to six months and include a family team meeting at which time the family plan is developed.
Pediatric Integrated Health Program

Agency: Young House Family Services

Medicaid program for families with a child or children who have emotional or behavioral health issues. Services include a team comprised of a nurse, care coordinator and family support specialist who work with the family to address the child's health and mental health care needs.
Trauma Informed Care

Agency: Young House Family Services

The workshop discusses major contributors to a person’s behavior and provides information about the long-term consequences of trauma on individuals and community.
Youth Programs

Achieving Maximum Potential (AMP) is for youth who are in foster care or adoptive placement, Iowa After Care Services program is for youth, ages 18-23, who have aged out of the foster care system.
