Eligibility: Anyone in need of substance abuse services. Individual charged with OWI or DUI in Iowa who is required to complete a drinking driver class.

Documents Required: insurance card, 2 recent paystubs

Hours: Individual therapy hours: Mon-Thu 8 am-7 pm; Fri 8 am-1:30 pm
