Eligibility: Jasper County resident, wartime veteran, under conditions other than dishonorable

Documents Required: Proof of income and expenses for the household for last 30 days, DD214 (discharge papers), the bill requesting assistance for, validation of enrollment into any corresponding Federal, State, or Local assistance programs (DHS, Workforce Development, etc.) and a completed application form from Veterans Affairs. Additional information may be asked for upon completion of intake
