    3/20/2020 - COVID-19 Changes:
    •  Heritage and our subcontracted providers currently serve 1,417 older adults in Linn Co. (2,634 within entire service area) through congregate dining and home delivered meals. 
    • All congregate dining sites continue to provide meals to their existing consumers through pick-up methods and/or volunteer delivery options. Sites are all closed due to Governor’s proclamation.
    •  Heritage along with our funded providers are currently able to meet the food needs of existing consumers and will let LAP-AID members know if this changes.

    The Encore Cafe is a place for seniors to come learn about health, wellness, nutrition, socialize and a hot meal. The A1C blood test is offered along with nutrition and diabetes education, and nutrition counseling.
