    Up to 18 months of residential housing for youth ages 16-21 experiencing homelessness, are runaways or aging out of foster care. Living accommodations, independent living skills training, educational opportunities, counseling, advocacy, referral services, and mentoring of youth in a person-centered approach. Each individual's innate talents are identified and shaped to empower the individual with the tools necessary to become a productive member of society.
