Provides assistance to prevent imminently homeless individuals from losing their housing and becoming homeless. The program is designed to divert people from homelessness through a range of services including landlord mediation, financial education, rehousing, and limited financial assistance with rent and utilities.
HOME INC offers Landlord/Tenant Counseling that provides free information, referral, and counseling to tenants, landlords and homeless persons on rental housing rights and responsibilities. Educational sessions and materials about rental housing rights and responsibilities are available to groups to prevent housing problems.
