    09/11/2020 - COVI-19 Changes:
    We have resumed all regular services in the medical, dental and behavioral health departments. Telehealth appointments are still being offered pending patient preference and provider approval.

    04/13/2020 - COVID-19 Changes:
    Dental appointments only seeing urgent and acute care appointments. Have canceled all hygienist appointments until further notice. For medical- patients must call for appointment first. Doing prescreening for all patients and staff upon arrival.

    The medical and behavioral health clinic provides basic medical and mental health care.
