Eligibility: Families considering adoption, fostering a child with plans to adopt, adoptive families, and adoption professionals; additional support and services to eligible families following legal adoption and guardianship finalization

PRIVATE DOMESTIC INFANT, INTERNATIONAL, FOSTER CARE, KINSHIP, AND STEP-PARENT ADOPTION
Serves ALL adoptive families living in Nebraska including private domestic infant, international, step-parent, foster care, and kinship adoption until the child turns 21; serves families who adopted children previously in the custody of the state of Nebraska prior to finalization, with a valid subsidy agreement regardless of the State of residence

FOSTER CARE GUARDIANSHIP
Serves families who have a child who was in the custody of the state of Nebraska prior to the finalization of their guardianship, with a valid subsidy agreement regardless of the State of residence until the child turns 19
