A program designed for clients who are believed to have a firm grasp of the basic concepts of staying sober, working through individual roadblocks, and requiring less structure to maintain sobriety. The program is individualized, but lasts a minimum of 6 weeks. Adolescent Extended Outpatient groups for those ages 12 to 17 are also offered.

We want to confirm that Prelude Behavioral Services continues accepting referrals for outpatient and residential treatment services. Outpatient services are provided primarily via telehealth. Patients only need a phone number and we can provide them services.
